Achaemenes - Cyrus Tomb
The tomb of Cyrus is the monument of Cyrus the second or Cyrus the great, this unaffected building with its unique architecture, related to the middle Paleolithic era. It is located approximately 1 kilometer southwest of the palaces of Pasargadae, on north of Fars province and 120 kilometers away from Shiraz with an average height of 1760 meters above sea with an area of 1813 square meter.
Carpet (Persian rug)
The Pazyryk carpet or Pazyryk rug is one of the oldest carpet in the world, dating around 5BC. This square rug with 2 square meters dimension (183*210) has 36 knots in each centimeter, in the modern terminology it is also called "Turkish knot". The colors that were used in this rug are green, lateritious, dark red, blue, and brown. It was found 70 years ago near to Siberia. Now it is exhibited at the Hermitage Museum.
