Safavieh
In the Islamic era, the door had great importance and the most beautiful doors were made in those years. It can be pointed to those precious doors of Safavi's dynasty, which were the most well-designed doors. In Safavi's designs, the most unique factor was carving inscription on the doors that was done for the first time. Safi's style on those days was inventing some new novel shapes in arabesque designs.
Carpet (Rug):
In Safaiyeh era, Iranian rug designs benefited from the ingenuity and creativity of artists of those years. Rug weavers of that era made about 1500 carpets and rugs with the new designs of Safavi's style that some of them were registered as the masterworks of carpet weaving. in those years, carpet weaving social position changed from a rural and nomadic job to an important urban job which its export to European country was started.
